MY BEAUTY PHILOSOPHY:
Give your skin every possible advantage to look its best. Be mindful of sun exposure. Don’t smoke. Pack your diet with antioxidant-rich whole foods. Make time to work out, de-stress and take care of yourself. Choose your beauty products for their quality ingredients and natural actives, not for the claims made on the packaging. You’ll find what is good for your body is good for your skin.
Of course you’re only as beautiful as you feel- so think gorgeous thoughts, be kind to your body and confident about your own unique beauty and you’ll love what you see in the mirror.
