The Perfect Redness-Relieving Cream (it’s Natalie’s fave!)

When they come to me for advice, I’m not one to recommend a certain drugstore product (one that claims to be the answer to redness) and call it a day like 9 out of 10 beauty mags seem to do. That would only be scratching the surface…

Redness has both internal and external causes, and dual course of action is the ticket. Redness, whether it’s occasional spots or a condition like rosacea, can be triggered by food intolerances, poor digestion, a bacterial infection- even low-grade inflammation. To remedy these issues, a change in diet is a good idea.  Beyond that, a natural healing, anti-inflammatory face cream calms and soothes the skin on the outside.
