I make sure to have a green drink and lots o’ water everyday
I drink a greens drink or snack on seaweed snacks every day
The easiest way to support skin is to drink plenty of water. I do apply locally grown honey and I add milk to apply as a moisturizer.
Drink water!
Water & green smoothies & tea!! I LOVE TRA!!!
That’s supposed to be TEA!!! LOL!
I drink lots of water, drink matcha tea many days a week. I love emu oil and tea tree oil for their skin healing properties!
Start the day with green tea & yoga. Of course, plenty of water &, in my opinion, the most important thing to do is protect yourself from sun exposure.Don’t forget to protect your scalp too
I like to use skin products that contain olive oil.
I ‘like’ Beauty Is Wellness on Facebook (FB name: Madeline Brubaker).
I prepare a cold “tea” with dry rosebuds (left in water overnight for flavoring) and then add fruits. I drink it a few hours later. It smells amazing and rosebuds are high in vitamin C, which is good for the immune system and for healthy skin.
water and hot yoga!
Lots of sleep, lots of water, fresh fruits and veggies, lots & lot of tea!
I use organic cruelty free skincare (some homemade), drink plenty of herbal tea, stay out of the sun
As much as possible, and eat as well as I can (vegetarian 20+) years!
Water/tea, healthy diet filled with lean meats, veggies and fruits as well as sleep and exercise
I love filling my body with goodness in the form of green smoothies and going hiking out in nature.
I started making green juices to help my skin by increase the number of veggies i eat and drinking more water
I finally began to be more observant and detected the foods and conditions that my skin does not like. I avoid these and it helps!
My favorite natural way to support healthy skin is to cleanse with natural products. I wash my face with pure African black soap and moisturize with pure almond oil. =)
